Who We Are ?
Oshri Fahima: married to Matilda, father of children and grandfather to grandchildren, resident of Efrat for about 15 years. In my past I served in security roles in the area, and afterwards worked for years as a real-estate advisor in a national brokerage network. Since 07 October 2023 I served 527 days consecutively in the reserves defending Efrat. Upon discharge, I decided to open an independent agency—to return and serve the community in my own way, with integrity, attentive listening and a sense of mission.
Shmuel Kaduri: real-estate broker and Efrat resident. As a local I bring deep familiarity with the community and surroundings, along with a genuine understanding of the needs of residents and families coming to the area. I have about a year and a half of experience in the field, combined with great motivation, commitment to success and a personal hands-on attitude—starting from the first consultation meeting, through the negotiation process to contract signing and beyond. Whether you wish to purchase a new home, sell an apartment, invest in real estate or find a rental property — I will be happy to provide you with professional, reliable and courteous service, and guide you every step of the way with peace of mind and confidence.
